In keeping with previous IRN Forums, Forum 2012 offers delegates the chance to participate in a variety of field trips to be held on Wednesday 26 September 2012.
Delegates can choose from the following:
Field Trip 1 - Rural & Remote Health, Wellbeing & Education: Visiting the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Pika Wiya Aboriginal Health Service and Wadlata Outback Centre in Port Augusta and Open Universities Australia, the Adelaide University Dental School and University of South Australia Social Work Unit in Whyalla
Field Trip 2 - Land & Water: Industry Diversity: Visiting Turner Aquaculture in Cowell (TBC), The Sim's Farm Enterprise Cleve and Boston Bay Winery in Port Lincoln
Field Trip 3 - Innovative Agriculture, Clean Energy & Heavy Industry: Visiting Nyrstar Smelter Port Pirie, The Farm Shed Kadina, Farm Visit and Wind Turbine Display in Bute *PROUDLY SPONSORED BY THE DEPARTMENT FOR MANUFACTURING, INNOVATION, TRADE, RESOURCES AND ENERGY (DMITRE)
